Hamish Davidson brings strong rural sector knowledge, energy, and structure to the NZR team, working alongside Peter Barnett in Partnership across the Manawatu, Rangitikei and lower North Island.
With a background in the corporate world, the rural sector in sales roles and the dairy industry hands-on, Hamish understands the practical realities of farm ownership, production systems, and the decisions that sit behind buying and selling rural property. This allows him to relate directly to clients and communicate clearly with both vendors and buyers.
Working in partnership with Peter, Hamish combines modern systems, clear communication, and strong buyer management with Peter’s experience in pricing and negotiation. This approach provides clients with both consistency and depth, ensuring a well-run process and a result that stands up in the market.
