About Jamie

Jamie Proude has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to the rural sector. Prior to real estate, Jamie was a highly regarded stock agent which ultimately led him to running a successful livestock business. With this experience behind him, Jamie had a formula for success when it came to rural real estate as he had real insight into the agricultural and business world and was able to provide clients with much more than just a clever sales game. This showed and Jamie earned “Top 20 sales person in the country” on multiple occasions.

Jamie prides himself on the successful relationships that he has formed over the many years and endeavours to continue building lasting relationships that are based on reliability, trust and honesty.

He covers an extensive area throughout the Central North Island including Whanganui, Taihape, Ruapehu and Southern King Country regions. This is a diverse part of the country encompassing a wide range of farming practices including sheep and beef, dairying, horticulture, forestry and recreational hunting. It is his philosophy that with a well-informed business approach, property owners should realise the best possible price for their assets. When Jamie is not working, he enjoys taking time with family.
