About Peter

With 24 years of real estate experience, starting our own business is one of the best things we have ever done for myself and for my clients.
Having previously worked in two corporate style real estate companies, our business enables me to tailor strategies for our clients and provide them the comfort of dealing with a committed, local owner.
We started NZR 11 years ago from scratch and now have one of the largest farm market shares across the Manawatu & Rangitikei regions. One of the drivers of this growth has been happy past clients referring us to new clients.
My background before real estate in rural banking, valuation and stock & station industries following gaining a B.Com (Ag), provides me a wide experience and skill base to draw on to assist my clients.
Our local Manawatu/Rangitikei rural team includes Rural PA Kate Draper, enabling me to focus on marketing, sales and negotiation on behalf of my clients. This team approach ensures nothing is left to chance in ensuring we get the best result for our clients.
