Waipuna Station is a large scale Hawke’s Bay hill country station located in the Elsthorpe district, 65km south of Napier on sealed roads. Comprising of 1,517.6 hectares or 3,750 acres of medium to steeper hill country, the property is currently leased out as a sheep and beef operation but was recently run as a large scale cattle enterprise. Waipuna has direct access off Kairakau road and Nilsson road, offering public road access to both ends of the property. A central farm track spans the length of the station with various other ATV tracks networking off this. Recent harvesting of small stands of pines has benefited the property with additional quality roading. Largely bareland with improvements being; two sets of large cattle yards, sheep yards, four stand woolshed, airstrip, large multi bay shed plus various other farm shedding.
